Where do you deliver?
We operate from the London area and provide delivery across the UK, including Scotland. Share both postcodes and your preferred timing so we can confirm availability for your route.
What are your operating days?
Our standard operating days are Monday to Friday. Weekend collections may be arranged by prior agreement, including Saturday or Sunday collection for Monday delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm.
Can you collect today and deliver tomorrow?
Yes. We offer next-day delivery, with collection today and delivery tomorrow at a time agreed with you. Next-day bookings are quoted individually and depend on availability.
What vehicles and services do you offer?
We provide same-day, urgent and next-day courier services using vans and Luton vans. Storage and removals can also be discussed and quoted on request.
How are delivery prices calculated?
Published rates include VAT: Van £1.62 per mile with a £52.80 minimum; Luton van £2.38 per mile with a £96 minimum. Mileage is based on the journey from collection to delivery; there is no separate mileage charge for the return journey. The online estimate is indicative, and we confirm the final quote before booking.
What can you transport?
We handle a wide range of transport requests. Tell us what needs moving, including its size and weight, and we’ll confirm whether the vehicle and service are suitable before you book.
Are my goods insured during transport?
Millano Transports Ltd does not hold Goods in Transit insurance for customers’ goods. If you want insurance cover for the goods themselves, please arrange suitable cover before collection. This does not remove any responsibilities we have under applicable law.
Do drivers help with loading and unloading?
Drivers can load and unload light items. For palletised goods, the collection and delivery locations must each arrange loading and unloading.
How do I request a quote?

Can business customers pay by invoice?
Invoice payment can be arranged in advance for business customers. Where agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Other payment methods are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. There is no cancellation fee before the driver leaves for collection; reasonable costs already incurred may apply after departure. If we cancel, any amount paid for service not provided will be refunded. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
